PAM LOVE
Broheem...a native of Los Angeles, California is the saxophonist of the dynamic duo. His music career began at an early age, which led to his music career as a saxophone player in the military. He has toured the world perfecting his craft as an accomplished player of the sax, ewi (electronic wind instrument) and flute. He is a member of the well know California based band Somethhin Smoothe, and performed with and along side such major acts as Hubert Laws, Kirk Whalum, Taste of Honey, Gerald Albright, Atlantic Star, Lenny Williams and Rolls Royce, just to name a few. Whether blowing his tender passionate soprano sax, or firing up his exciting and playful tenor sax, Broheem is a show stopper that can be seen every night of the week on St. John performing with From Broheem with Love, or any of his other featured bands such as The Ish Band, Splendid Company, Visions Reggae Band or as a successful solo artist "Broheem on Sax".
Pam Love...the vocalist of this duo, is a Native of Florida. She starting singing at an early age in the church and as a "wedding singer". Although gospel music is her roots, she learned to appreciate all genres of music, with a special passion for smooth R&B, Soft Rock, Jazz, Contemporary and Roots Reggae...thus contributing to the development of her soft and sultry sound that embodies her musical philosophy with every note she sings. Pamela found a way to combine all these elements by performing a wide variety of song genres in every set. She can also be seen any night of the week on the local music scene sharing her sensual vocals and familiar melodies with her reggae band Visions Reggae as a lead vocalist and percussionist, From Broheem with Love of course, background singing with The Ish, or doing acoustic love ballads infused with jazz soul as a solo artist.
